The following are screen shots of what you will see when you connect to the UAB
BlaszerID Central.  At the bottom of this page is the link to connect to the site. 
Please read the following instructions and then click on the link at the bottom. 

 

 

 

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see the following:

 

 

Fill in the information per the on-screen instructions until you get down to

 

“Please note: below you must either supply a valid e-mail address that you are using currently, or request and utilize a UAB e-mail account. Failure to do so will result in your BlazerID and CampusCard being inoperative.”

 

The answer to this is:

 

Enter the email address where you normally get your email (i.e. johndoe@hotmail.com).
